# Hub Support

I ran into a bug where when trying to add an attachment to an email being sent to LPs, the platform sent the email before I had intended to send it.  If you look through the logs from the past 15 minutes, you'll see what I'm talking about.

I'm trying to create a folder in the Shared LP data room, and it's not letting me.

How can I delete an entity? 

How do I merge 2 contacts (Same person) that has 2 different emails?  David Tobias in our directory.  Should combine and his gmail should be primary email. 

I cannot Edit/Re-Upload a file in my data room. The button clicks but nothing happens.  @Woody Butler  I just sent you a screen recording in Slack to show the problem.

Hi all, I need some help. I have this custom question for this sprint: “You will lock your Decile Hub filters to dual-national, mission-driven AI-co-working and assistant-AI startups that are likely fundraising now. First, open Decile Hub and write down your exact filter settings in a copyable format (include geography UK and US separately if possible, stage, category, and any “fundraising now” or similar toggles)...” I have looked everywhere in the Hub and cannot for the life of me figure out how to add, edit, and change filters. It seems like it should be obvious, but it just isn’t for me. I’ve even asked a couple of the AI agents, but they were no help. This screenshot is the closest I have gotten. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Where do I go? Thanks in advance.

Subject: API endpoint to submit "Submit Your Company" form responses directly (so custom-branded forms produce identical records to your native form)

We've built our own custom-branded version of a pipeline form on our own site, which posts into our Deals pipeline via your REST API (POST /api/v1/prospects, POST /api/v1/organization). It works, but the resulting organization records don't look the same in your UI as ones that came in through your native hosted Submit Your Company form — specifically, the "Responses → Submit Your Company" section on the organization page always shows "No response submitted yet." for our submissions, even though we're populating equivalent data through custom_data_points.

What we're actually trying to do: submit a founder's answers through the API in a way that populates submit_your_company_response_data directly — i.e., have it register exactly as if that founder had submitted your own native form, not as a separate/parallel data path.

Our question: Is there an API endpoint (or any supported way) to submit Submit Your Company responses directly, so the organization record ends up identical to a native-form submission — same "Responses" section populated, same downstream behavior — rather than us approximating it through custom_data_points, which we've found only partially overlaps with what the native form actually populates?

We have a need to be able to send out our custom newsletter using a particular brand template that we've created. It seems the WISYWIG only supports text input. 

The copy/paste method does a poor job of maintaining structure. 

Can you add support for HTML editing (e.g. view HTML source)? 

On the same note, be great if we can push our HTML code to the newsletter via API as another workaround. 

Please advise.

In the automated emails to LPs, the link to create their decilepro account takes them to the page below

They cannot edit the sample account, and it is not linked to my fund. 

Can you please provide an updated link that I can share with my LPs

I have the same file listed twice in data room.

The file is the same - the views increase in lockstep.  But the links are different and they go to different versions.

This obviously makes me nervous - how do I give people the right link when I cannot tell the difference between these.

@Woody Butler  just sent out our newsletter. I then wanted to follow up with our investor pipeline, and I discovered that he email limit applies to all types of emails from DH. Anyway we can exclude investor emails from counting towards the newsletter email quota? I ask because that part of a reactivation campaign I want to run where we send out our newsletter and chase cold investors pipeline prospects. Now I have to wait until Monday - which sort of ruins the flow.
